Transformation Program Manager (m/f/d)

To support our Corporate Department at our Headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for your reinforcing know-how in a permanent position as Transformation Program Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Ensure successful implementation of Transformation Program within a Central Program Management Office (PMO)
• Support the Chief Transformation Officer in the overall management of the transformation program, in particular monitoring and ensuring the achievement of objectives
• Active involvement in shaping medium-term corporate development and transformation with a direct reporting line to the Chief Transformation Officer
• Accompanying regional growth and efficiency initiatives by monitoring target achievement, identifying risks and supporting the derivation of countermeasures
• Content support for selected initiatives as a central sparring partner
• Preparation and monitoring of regular project reviews at group level
• Preparation of decision papers for the relevant E3 bodies, including Group CEO, Group CFO and shareholders
• Support for change management measures to actively accompany the transformation process
• Frequent interaction with core decision makers in the company (regional Management Directors, Group CEO, Group CFO) and the shareholder
• Frequent exchange with the respective initiative owners and regional PMOs to ensure a continuous exchange of experience
• Project management, tracking and maintenance of a central initiative tool

• Several years of transferable professional experience in a leading management consulting firm
• Relevant experience in managing and facilitating transformation projects as a member of a Program Management Office (PMO)
• Experience in the development of growth strategies and/ or efficiency measures
• Ideally experience in the implementation of concrete growth and/or efficiency measures in industry or in a consulting environment
• Strong structuring and analytical skills
• Mediation skills and negotiation skills to find compromises
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Business fluent in German and English
• Confident appearance at all hierarchical levels
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
